QUOTE STUDIO BY PORT233 LTD
A proposal with your name on it.
Choose Quote or Estimate, add your branding and line items, and download a clear A4 PDF. Your client receives it through the channel you choose.
Can I create both quotes and estimates?
Yes. The document type changes the title on the preview and PDF. Both share your companion numbering series and current draft. Add validity dates and your own terms as needed.
Can I reuse my Invoice Studio branding?
Save settings in Invoice Studio, then Load settings here. We copy your business details, logo, template, currency and tax setup after confirmation. Your quote numbering is kept; invoice numbering, banking details and client data are not imported. The current quote draft is replaced only after you confirm.
Can I add tax or change currency?
Choose from the same 18 currencies, with GBP as the default. Add one custom VAT, GST or sales tax percentage, choose per-item UK VAT treatments, or select No tax. Amounts are projections, not a tax invoice. You choose applicable rates. Changing currency keeps your numeric prices, so review them before downloading.
Will this change my saved invoice?
No. Invoice Studio and Quote Studio keep separate drafts and number series. Links between them do not transfer your document. This version creates PDFs only; it does not convert proposals into invoices or track acceptance.
Where are my details stored?
Your business setup, logo, current proposal and PDF creation stay in your browser. No login or document upload is needed. Save settings for a portable backup of business setup; it excludes clients and draft content. Browser data and settings files are unencrypted, so keep them private.
How do I send my quote or estimate?
Download PDF, then attach it to your usual email or share it yourself. Documents use English text and A4 pages, with longer proposals continuing across pages. Save a copy before starting a new document; this tool stores one current draft.
